Current registration and handbook

Monthly payment: Payment is due on the last calendar day of the month before the month of care.
Withdrawal notice: Give 60 calendar days’ written notice to both SMADA and your educator.
Registration fee: A one-time, non-refundable $90 fee per child is paid to SMADA.
Payment arrangements: No credit terms or alternate or short-term payment arrangements are offered.
Deposit: Pay the $200 refundable deposit directly to your educator. Your educator collects it and is responsible for the refund when you give the required 60 days’ withdrawal notice. SMADA does not collect or hold this deposit.
Reading these documents or submitting information in the portal does not sign the Client/Agency Agreement, Financial Agreement or handbook acknowledgement. Complete those agreements and the required educator signatures separately before SMADA confirms care.

The portal records parent information and separate emergency, media, sunscreen and insect repellent choices. Public photo/video sharing, medication, off-site activities and backup care require their own applicable written permission. Educator signatures remain a separate step.
