Eligibility is confirmed in writing before transfer and does not remove obligations or costs under an educator’s current agency agreement or from third parties.

Review your current contract and any notice, transition or record-handling obligations before making a change. Do not assume another agency can make promises about timing or approval before it has reviewed your situation.
